When someone says 'I want a smile design', they often think straight away of veneers. But smile design is something broader and more beautiful: it's planning your best possible smile, in harmony with your face, and choosing the tools to achieve it AFTERWARDS.

1. Design first, treat second

What sets a good smile design apart is the order: we project the result first and only when you love it do we begin. With digital smile design (DSD) we use photography, 3D scanning and software to show you on screen how your new smile would look.

2. You try it before deciding (mock-up)

Here's the magic: with a 'mock-up' we place temporary material over your teeth, without drilling anything, so you see and feel the result in your own mouth. You look in the mirror, smile, take photos. If something doesn't convince you, we adjust it before doing anything permanent.

3. Every smile needs different tools

Depending on your case, your design can combine several treatments:

Whitening if you only need brightness and colour
Invisible orthodontics (Invisalign) if teeth are misaligned
Veneers to correct shape, size or small defects
Conservative restorations when a veneer can be avoided

The key: the plan adapts to you, not the other way around. And always with the minimally invasive approach, respecting the healthy tooth.

4. The goal isn't 'paper-white'

A designed smile shouldn't scream 'I've had my teeth done'. We aim for natural-looking: a smile that fits your face, age and personality. The best version of your smile, not someone else's.
