Last updated: 24 May 2026

Our commitments

  • We never sell your data to third parties.
  • We only use data to improve our service and answer your questions.
  • Anonymous analytics by default; no advertising cookies.
  • You can change your cookie preferences any time.

1. Data controller

MiD Odontología (Clínica Dental MiD), based at Calle Tablas, 6, 18002 Granada, Spain, is the controller of your personal data.

Contact email: info@midodontologia.com · Phone: 958 11 24 37

2. What data we collect

We only collect what we need to provide our services or answer your questions: name, surname, phone, email, reason for consultation and, where applicable, clinical data relevant to your treatment.

From this website (when you interact with it) we may receive: technical browsing data, language preference, cookie preferences and — only if you give us consent — anonymous analytics about pages visited.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to manage appointments, communicate with you and provide the dental services you request. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (healthcare service) and, where applicable, your explicit consent.

We will never share, sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data retention

Clinical data is kept for the period required by health regulations. Contact data is kept as long as you maintain a relationship with the clinic or until you exercise your right to deletion.

5. Your rights

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@midodontologia.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

6. Cookies

This website uses cookies. The essential ones are necessary for it to work; the rest are optional and only load if you accept them.

6.1 Essential cookies

Strictly necessary for the site to function (language preference, cookie consent, session). They do not identify you personally and you cannot disable them without affecting the basic functioning of the site.

6.2 Anonymous analytics — Google Analytics 4

If you accept, we activate Google Analytics 4 to understand which content is useful and what we can improve. We use it with IP anonymisation and Google's Consent Mode v2, which by default denies any data sending without your consent.

We do not use these data for advertising or share them with third parties for that purpose.

6.3 Changing your preferences

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking on in the footer.

7. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure access to clinical systems and limited internal access on a need-to-know basis.
